About Binal Trivedy

Binal Trivedy started taking intensive training in Bharatanatyam from the early age of 5 under Guru Shrimati Smita Shastri at "Nartan School of classical dances" in Ahmedabad - Gujarat. At the young age of 15 Binal completed her Arangetram in Bharatanatyam. She had training in Kucchipudi from Guru Bhavna Dave at Bhavmurti School of classical dance in Gujarat.

After mastering her authentic training in Indian classical dance style Binal Trivedy took dip in enhancing the Indian Folk, fusion, Bollyrobics and Bollywood dance and had further training under Guru Bhavna Dave, Smurti Adatiya (Surnupoor dance group) and Mira Menon (Shree Payal dance group) in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. Binal subsequently have performed as a solo and group artist in many states of America, Canada, Europe and India. She has won many dance competitions and got a title of a "Garvi Gujaratan" in Gujarat by Actress Archana Puran Singh. Binal have devoted herself to these dances for quite a number of years.

She is now most experience performer, fabulous choreographer and very successful teacher who is working extensively in many Dance Academies in London. Indian dance is an extremely intricate art requiring skill, hard work and discipline and she achieved that from her gurus and would like to share her expertise, knowledge and experience to her students.


At present Binal Trivedy is teaching Bollywood, Fusion, Bhangra, Bollyrobics, Indian folk dancing and Bharatanatyam Indian classical Dance. She has conducted workshops, events and dance lessons for voluntary organisations and community groups such as Federation of Patidars - Encee academy in Wembley, Lohana community of North London, Brahmin Society of North London, Youth groups, Local council schools, Kalaniketan Guajarati School in Wembley, Barnet and Brent libraries, Asian People's Disability Alliance (APDA) in Harlesden and Fitz Health Club in Harrow.
